Hi!
Does anyone own "Power Cables" (Lily M. Chin)
Here: http://www.amazon.com/Power-Cables-Ultimate-Knitting-Inventive/dp/1596681675/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1281256944&sr=8-1
I came across the Knitting Daily episode of reversible cables and found the related book. It arrived here yesterday. And I started reading and trying when I got home last night.
There is some pretty great stuff in there, as I see right away. I still have to make my way through things and get used to her charting (very different, but very visual) and then make a project.
But the idea of making a cable pattern with an attractive back side (other than just the 1x1 ribbing bands I have heard of) seems great to me. scarfs, blankets, pieces of garment...
I love cables (not JUST cables).
So, does anyone have experience with this book? Likes? Dislikes?
I will keep posting my opinions on it, if anyone cares.
