Ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch! I've had my kneecap go out and it is not fun at all. If you've done this before, I'm sure you know the drill: ice, ibuprofen, and elevate your knee as much as you can. (If you have a cane or crutches, have someone dig them out for you so you can baby that knee so it can heal!)

Know just how you feel...I've had torn ACLs in both knees (not at the same time!). It hurts worse than childbirth! Hope you feel better soon...try to baby that knee for awhile.

The kne'll heal if I just stay OFF of it....but I won't and the brace I ended up w/ is one of those HUGE foam ones that never fits right :) So it'll take a while but it'll get better :)
