:help:Does anyone one on here have this oven? I just purchased one and am so disappointed in the book manual. I have no idea how much time etc and at what temps to use when cooking in this oven...There are no suggested cooking times per pound etc. I would like info as to what you do with this machine and any recipies etc.

Yes it has some recipies in the book,,, but with ingredients that I don't have in my house. Doesn't have enough info...

What I would like is input from people that have this rotisserie, and info on what to do, or how they do it... All info would be appreciated.

Also have you ever cooked without the deflector? Mine didn't come with the machine and Cuisinart is sending me one... but I want to try a small chicken today (2 1/2 pounds)... what do you think?

Please help me,,, I'm not the most creative cook,,, I need all your help.

I'm not much of a cook, but I've found that the product website often has a lot of info. In looking at the site for your rotisserie I see they have a recipe section as well as a manual.

The recipe for Lemon, Dijon and Herb Roast Chicken looks good!
