Raglan help

I am knitting a baby cardigan from Vintage Baby Knits (specifically the Rufus cardigan). The finishing directions state "sew the raglans, then the side seams..." Ok....where do I start, exactly, in sewing the raglans? I am assuming they mean some where with the sleeve to the body? What is the start point here?

If you look at the pieces, the edges on the upper part of the sleeves slant the same way as the upper edges of the fronts and back piece. Match them up and sew together. It may help if you lay out the pieces - L Front, sleeve, back, sleeve, R front - to see how they fit.
