I need a knit job done. Where to find artist?

I live in Dallas. I have a small prayer book which I covered with black material. I want a nice candle to be knitted on it - both sides: Front cover and back cover. The knitted candle need be a litlle embossed, like knitted symbols or words that one can find on beautiful bags made of material. The candle need also be made of very specific colors. Where can I find a knitting artist who will be able to do that for me, in Dallas55413?

Are you sure you don't mean embroidered?

To knit, it would be easier to knit the entire book cover and work the candle into the design. If you already have the cover you desire, then you probably want to have the candle embroidered onto the material.
