Fringe Blanket

Does anyone have any instructions on how to make a Fringe Blanket like is used for newborn baby photo props?

Do you mean a blanket with fringe on it? You make the blanket first then put fringe on. I found this video that explains fringe.

If you have a link to a picture that shows what you mean, that would help. Lots of people ask about the cocoon or pod blankets that are used for baby photos, but I haven't heard of a fringe one.
