Im working on a scarf that has a skull and crossbones. I had the pattern for the skull and it came out great, but I dont have the pattern for the crossbones. Is it possible to sew it in after?
Any advice? Im still a newbie.

Yes, you can use duplicate stitch with another color yarn over the knitted sts.
