Hi all
I am knitting and I am making my first big project. I am shaping the neck. My last stitch was a purl row the next instructions are Work 1 row
Neck row (awrong side) Cast off 7 stitches and purl to end of row...

Work 1 row means 'Purl the next row or knit the next row'?

Work one row is a knit row if this is stockinette st (knit one row, purl one row). Your last row was a purl row, the work 1 row is knit and the nest row (WS) is a purl.
