Have you seen a pattern like this in any books or online?

I am looking for a pattern for those little girl tank dresses. The ones with the thin straps that you can just throw on them. My girls wore these all last summer, and I would like to knit them some. I was thinking about designing them myself....but i've never done anything that complex, with even decreases and I have no idea how to do the little straps.

Actually....I think that I may try my hand at designing it, so nevermind. I'll let you know what comes of it. :)
