Easy Baby Poncho

Hi All,
I found a pattern on this site for an easy baby poncho, I printed it off but still have some questions....I believe it said ( I can't seem to find it again)Baby/Toddler poncho. I figured the number of inches from the info given but this seems small to me. My grand daughter is a petite 16 mouth old. Does anyone know what age/size baby/toddler this poncho will fit? And with the folding over to finish, how long is it? Will I need more length for a toddler? The "how to assemble video is great!

Thank you, thank you!!!! I even managed to copy the crochet section of directions to 'my documents' so I'll have them when I'm ready (sometimes I surprise myself on this machine!) I took back the yarn I had for this project so now I am off to get some Homespun....thanks again, Alice
