:?? Hi ... I'm trying to knit a shawl with Trellis (Lion) and can't figure out the easy instructions! Or am not sure of myself because of the Sz 19 needles and the yarn type.

What is the pattern you're working on? Is it a free pattern?
I think you'd be better off working on size 15 needles, 19s might be too big.
