anyone want to test my pattern?

I finally finished writing up the pattern for this sweater:

It takes 3 skeins (well, 2 1/2 really) of KnitPicks Shine, and is knit on size 6 needles. I tried it on a 4 month old last week and it fit! :D

If anyone would like to try knitting from my pattern, please let me know....and if you *really* want to be a guinea pig, I can resize it for you. ;)

If I don't have Shine, what weight would you recommend? With the bootie pattern just posted, it would make a cute set.

Shine is a sport weight cotton blend -- there are a number of yarns that could be substituted. I'm working on a little list, so I will send it with the pattern as well. I do recommend the Shine though....once I got used to it, it was vey nice to knit with. And so very soft -- perfect for a baby sweater. :D
