Good Morning All!
I just tried to access my account in knitpicks. It would not recognize my user name or password. :( Is anyone else experiencing problems with the site? Thanks so much! anne

Thanks.. :cheering: phew!... thought it was me/my computer here at work... I dropped them an e-mail to see if the site is having issues

I've had probs off & on with their website, too.....some days it has my order info, some times not. Every time Ive emailed them about it, they always say, "well, WE can see it." :rollseyes:

I have not gotten a reply yet.. I am having the KP purchase sent to my work address and would like to track it just in case it is delivered Saturday.. Anxious? Nope :fingerwag: not me :angelgrin:

i tried to put something in my cart the other day and it kept telling me to sign in but wouldn't take my login information. when i backed out of the cart though it said "welcome" with my full name right there. i got frustrated and gave up. i was only testing something anyway. *shrug*

well hopefully they will get it fixed soon. We are such an instant gratification society.... I always want things yesterday lol. :rollseyes:

I know... I placed an order and I have been stalking them. I am going out of town Saturday and the time I leave solely depends on my knit picks order. If there is a possibility it will be here on Saturday we are not leaving until AFTER the mail arrives!

I am so glad other people schedule their lives that by way of deliveries from the postal service! lol. Nothing like a little validation :cheering:

I've never been able to get back in to my KnitPicks account. Ever. It's wonky every single time. So I have one account for every order I've placed. :rollseyes: :rollseyes: :rollseyes:

Call KnitPicks, ya'll. They have been doing so much work on the site putting up new patterns, etc. that I bet that has something to do with it. Same thing happened to me the other day; one day my order was sitting there all nice & pretty & the next day it was not; but in the meantime I noticed that stuff had been added to the website. Email and/or call and just ask for a reply asap if you email & I'm sure you'll get one, I always do. ;)
