#1- How many skeins of sock yarn to make pair of socks for men size 9-10 and womens size 7-10?

#2-I need to know about the quality of WOA. I want to make a Wonderful Wallaby for my ds6 and a cardigan for new baby niece who is coming from China soon.

Wool of the Andes is a great, affordable wool -- I don't think I'd make a baby sweater with it, though, just because it's hand wash only. And if I *were* going to knit a baby sweater with a hand-wash only yarn, it would be either Merino Style or one of their alpaca blends (Andean Silk or Andean Treasure) because they're much softer.
