sock patterns, size 0 needles...

ok, i guess i put the cart before the horse here, but i found some yarn i liked for socks for my son and new nephew. so i got the yarn, got the needles...and i cant find a pattern for size 0 needles! everything i am finding is size 2 needles...anyone got a good pattern for baby socks with size 0 needles?

my son is 5 months, but has HUGE feet...he wears socks that are made for 12 month babies or older! :o)
my nephew is a about 3 months.
