 So sometimes, when knitting in the round, the FO is to be a tube (i.e. a sleeve) and sometimes it's supposed to be a flat circle (i.e. a doily).
What is the difference when knitting the two, so that one of those ends up being a flat circle and one ends up being a tube?
Maybe the key is that with a flat circle, you have to increase a certain amount each round?
This question has been bugging me, and I just had to ask it. :)
