Is that body paint?

I think it's a silvery bodysuit--it helps make her look more, um...liquid! Kind of like mercury!

AAAAGGGHH!!!
She's..............really icky and sort of disturbing.
I lost track of where the parts actually should be/normally are. Blech!
On the other hand, she probably has lots of dates.

Contortionism is so rockin', though I have a feeling I'm the only one here that might think such. >.> <.<

Her ribs and back was doing something really funky, though. She was way too skinny to be able to do the things she was doing safely...
Her spine also was warped, and that can happen if you contort TOO much. It can also result in osteoporosis, sculliosis, and many many other back problems as you continue growing...it's why I stopped with my acrobatics when I turned my teen growth spurt years...

Contortionism done right is really neat though...

It's not just the flexibility but the amazing STRENGTH to do that. Usually people don't realize this, but to do anything like that or even things that are less extreme like ballet requires a lot of strength. For instance, I'm much more flexible than you might realize because I can bend all kinds of ways and do a lot of things in my ballet class - But I'm not strong enough to do them as well as I will be able to.

My first thought upon watching this was "Man, someone forgot to drink their Skele-Gro last night!"

Did you notice how freaked out the observing children looked? That one little girl in the white sweater on the end look positively frightened. Mind you, if someone was coming at me across the floor like a basilisk, I probably would be discomfited as well.

What was Santa Claus doing there? :??

Or am I the only one who noticed that? :shifty:

I noticed him too! Maybe the Liquid Lady was part of some kind of community Christmas festivity.

And everyone looks rather perplexed and a wee bit frightened at the Liquid Lady's demonstration. I find it lovely in an odd way....

I wonder if she's being exploited in some way.

It actually doesn't look like she has any bones...at least with some of the moves she is doing. And I'm with Ingrid...who would want to sit on their own head?

....I wonder what Santa's amazing feat was? ....

I clicked to see it..then I got this "feeling" that it was not going to be good so I changed my mind and got out of the site before any picture showed up. After reading all of your responses I'm so glad I didn't see it~!

Ditto, and ditto to AidanM

I think it's amazing. and we all have those bones...this I am learning in my class ;) It's not so gross to me anymore, but it is strange to my eyes because I dont see it everyday.

 wow I wish I could do just a simple split without hurting something  don't think I wanna sit on my head either...

it didn't really gross me out but make me curious.. to me she didn't look like an adult but more of teen.. kinda felt sorry for her lol.. I hope she is doing it cause she wants too

I was amazed!! I wanted to be a high school gymnast, and I could do splits, and some of the bars--but I wasn't "contortive" enough!! Plus, I FEARED the trampoline, and always found an excuse to avoid it!!

I wondered about the Santa too---but I was bothered by the fact that the small audience never seemed excited about it AT ALL!!( I would have been peeing my pants, I think!! ) If I'd seen that at the ages of some of those kids, I would have been a LITTLE excited, I tihnk! :??

Whole thing--WIERD!! But she did look like an under-developed teen, didn't she!!! No breasts, NO stomach--at first I thought it was some computerized thing where it enhanced in some way! Still--like a train wreck--I couldn't look away!
