Just wondering if anyone has a good online store where the shipping costs won't break you? I live in Canada and most of the time the shipping is to much to ship here. The only craft stores we have in town is michaels, wal-mart, and zellers all of which don't sell sock yarn at least not here they don't. I would really appriciate some help. Thanks.

I know that there's a couple mail order places in Ontario, but the first place I go to is Ram's Wools (http://www.ramwools.com). They are one of my LYSs, and their selection of sock yarn isn't the greatest, it's enough to keep me {mostly} happy!

Lettuce Knit in Toronto ships yarn. I haven't used their services but you could email them for information. Hope this helps! Whereabouts are you? Canada's a big place! I live in Southern Ontario. samm

I have ordered from www.woolneedlework.com and am very happy with them. They have the best prices for Noro. They are located in Vancouver. They are very quick on shipping. I live in Kansas and had an order in 1 week! I think that is super fast.[/url]

I get their emails. They have a brick and mortar in southern ON, but it looks like they don't carry nearly the amount of products as the American version. I guess I'm still cranky over how they discontinued their Canadian shipping office about 10-15 years ago... it was a great way to get everything Herrschners had without worrying about the extra fees.
