clog sizing question

I am making clogs for a man who wears an 8 1/2. I went on the internet to see what size that is in ladies and it is a 10.5, so do I make ladies size 10 or make the mans size 11? Teri

I think the Ladies 10.5 or 10.
I wear a 9 or 9.5 and that translates to a 7ish in men's.

Make sure he's around when you felt them. The ladies don't have the extra rows that the men's sizes do.

You might want to find out if he has wide feet too...the men's seem wider and someone on the clog thread even changed the pattern to work especially with a more narrow man's foot. If you make the woman's and he has wide feet...might not be quite wide enough.
