View Full Version : Binding off too tight

Can anyone help me fix a baby blanket -accidentally I binded off too tight? I know now to use larger needles when doing the bind off. It's tight on one end and not the other. I'm thinking of adding a crochet border to it but am scared it will look akward. Can I somehow undo the bind off and redo it or loosen it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The only stitch that's hard to get out of a bind off is the final one where you pulled the yarn through. Once you get that one out, you can just pull out the yarn, and as the stitches pop up, put your needle in. Then you can redo the bind off with a larger needle, or just consciously do it looser with the needle you used.
