I am starting a project that says the inc should be "worked in the front and back of the stitch." I have no idea how to do this. I've been knitting for YEARS, but I've never seen this one!
Could someone PLEASE draw me a picture!

One I know! LOL! Actually, Amy has an AWESOME video that shows ya exactly what to do...Basically you knit the stitch...well, I'll just get the link, it's easier than trying to describe...lol

It's not the same as a kfb/pfb? That's how I'd do it.

A bar increase and kfb are the same.
