What, there's malabrigo on ebay?! I'm not even gonna look! I'm so bummed now because KnitPicks is having a sale on summer yarns and I had to go and say I wasn't gonna buy anymore yarn online til after Christmas :pout:

Does this sound familiar?

Cheryl: don't kill me because I know she will still buy your yarns but I am just teasing her.

:roflhard: :roflhard: Too funny! I already PM'd Becka to tease her about the same thing. I remembered her swearing off yarn in that post too.

Here's my "virtual hand"...slap it :roflhard:
I just ordered 5 balls of A-maizing :cheering: Couldn't pass up the deal, what's a girl to do?! As I told Cheryl (Kemp), Lonnie and I made an agreement that we were not going to spend credit card and PayPal $, rather, begin saving for vacation. We agreed that we would not make any purchases, at least, not without talking to one another. My sweet husband being the way he is told me that I should certainly go ahead and order some yarn, "Isn't that the kind of yarn that you wanted to try?" :muah: :muah: I mean, How sweet is that?! :muah: :muah:

So, tell me, what did you order from DivaKnitting?!

09-12-2006, 03:50 PM
The thing is, Becka, you can buy the yarns, and go on a vacation too. If it's really a choice of either or... :fingerwag:

09-12-2006, 05:02 PM
LOL, it's not a matter of either or, were it, I would not buy yarn...I really can control myself :roflhard:  :roflhard:

09-12-2006, 05:36 PM
Sure you can Rebecca.

At this rate you two will be at the Motel 6 down the road for vacation.

09-15-2006, 04:40 PM
Pixy, it's made from corn! How cool is that?! I LOVE it!!!

A fiber festival?! Well, that sounds like lots of fun :cheering:

09-15-2006, 05:07 PM
Corn? How cool! What ya gona knit it into?

09-15-2006, 05:13 PM
I'm not 100% sure, but I'm thinking a scarf and hat. It doesn't get really cold here, so it will be great for a scarf and hat that can be used all winter!
