Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this means...?
I know what all the abbreviations are, but I'm confused on how exactly I complete this stitching.

I understand that you slip three stitches with yarn in back, but do I knit a slipped stitch or do I knit the next stitch on the left needle?

If anyone can help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it.
