I have gaps between some of my rowd on the purl side. And then on the knit side the stitches are bigger where the gaps are on the purl side. I continental stitch. Should I change? I assume it has to do with my tension. Please help. :wall:

Just keep knitting and your tension will even out with practice.

I agree, practice will help more than anything. I think that most of us have tension differences between purling and knitting and with enough practice, things do tend to work themselves out. You might really enjoy knitting in the round, because to achieve stockinette stitch which when knitted flat is knit one row, purl the next row, etc., in the round you knit every row to achieve stockinette. No purling!
