anybody buy that Peruvian Cashmere from Elann?

I just notice that add up above with the Baby Cashmere for only $2.98 at Elann. Has anybody bought that? I haven't bought any yarn through the mail for awhile (so much all around me) and wonder if it's really nice yarn.
It's rather an unbelievable price....
