We just got a male treeing fiest and we haven't a clue what to call him. He'll be 6 weeks on Friday. He's very fiesty, runs around, even barked at me in the yard.

Any ideas? :)

~danielle~

Right now we have a these names for our current pets:

Sampson, Boomer, Sassie (dogs) and Ming Lei (cat)

I don't know, not good with the animal names. I try and go for unusual names. Whatever you name him, I'm sure it'll be great. And he is SOOOO adorable!!

How cute! A friend of mine recently took in 4 feist/chihuahua (sp?) puppies that were orphaned after their owner's house burned down. Their mother died in the fire. :verysad: Anyway, she bottle-fed them and they are all fat and happy and looking for new homes now. The two boys she named Monty and Toby. Somehow this little guy looks like a Monty to me.

I also like the name Winston.

Hey, I am probably not the one to ask! Jack named our dog Fortune because my dh said that is what he would cost him (we have an AKC Yorky) My male cat I named Butterscotch and Jack says because we neutered him the cat now has a gender identity issue making him fat (he weighs about 22 lbs) from having a sissy girl name and no **** :aww: !!!!

I liked, Sparky, I think I go with that one too. He sure is adorable and what gorgeous eyes for a dog!

I LOVE Clyde!!!! GOOD ONE, Bren!!!

"Mel" is also coming to me...

I think he needs an "old man" name, due to the look on his widdle face. He looks a little "droopy", ya know??

We named him Buster. Since he'll be AKC registered (his dad and granddad are world squirrel champs) his full name will be Lane's Buster Bud. (Lane being our son's name, Buster what we will call him, and Bud being his dad).

Thanks for all the ideas!

:cheering: I like Buster too. Hope you start to make him a sweater. Sparkey wants one but I have to figure it out first. I wish their arms would come out of their sides like us , it would make it so much easier. :teehee:

Sparky is my favorite, but I also like Gus or Max. We had a schnauzer named Gus...he was one of our best dogs. I kind of like Metronome, too...he could be called Metro to make it simple. Whaaaa! I want a puppy Whaaaaaaaa! :pout:
