Help! I don't understand these instructions here:

"Repeat rows 1 & 2 until you have worked a total of (32 24 20) rows.
End after the last slip 1, knit 1 row (right side row). This actually means you'll knit one less that required, but when counting rows, you'll have half as many slipped stitches along either side as rows required, making rows easy to count.".....

:??

Ending on a right side row means ending on row 31 or another odd-number row. So shouldn't it just say knit 31 rows? What point am I missing here? :oops:

I'm not sure why it's worded that way. You will need to end having just worked a RS row because the first row of your heel turn will be on the wrong side. I'd say just do the 31 rows and then move on.

I'm working on my first sock with this tutorial and came across the same problem. I had to unknit the 32 row and start the heel turn at row 31.

I did the exact same thing last night and *unknit* a row :roflhard:
