need a sweater pattern

Hi,
I am new here and am in need of a sweater pattern. I have 9 skeins of Kona Bay Kitten Soft yarn. It is very soft and I would love to have a sweater out of it. The yarn is labled as a bulky weight with a gauge of 11 stiches 19 rows per 4 inches and suggest US11 needles. I found this guage to be a bit off. The yarn is more of a light or medium weight yarn. It is a soft nylon yarn with small flags. I have tried to adapt several patterns and am having difficulty with the gauge. Has anyone knitted with Kona Bay Kitten Soft. Any ideas would be helpful. That yarn sounds really yummy! No wonder you want to knit a sweater out of it! :inlove:

For gauge, the number of stitches per inch is far more important than the number of rows per inch. Plus, you'll want to be attentive to what the pattern is asking for--it may require fewer or more stitches per inch than those listed on the yarn itself.
