1st Thank you all :aww: This was an easy and quick pattern.

2nd Sorry I forgot to post the sourse and yarn.

The pattern is called the Rustic Celtic. I found it in KNIT Ponchos Wraps & Scarves I got my copy of the book at ACMoore with my 40% off coupon but the price is 21.99. After I bought it I saw it on KP's site for less  but c'est la vie.

The yarn was Paton's Classic Merino Aran (my new favorite yarn)

The pattern called for a chunky yarn and #10 1/2s but 9s worked fine with the Merino Aran

I love doing cables. The only problem that cable newbies may have with this pattern is that it requires that you work with 2 cable needles at the same time. But trust me it's not hard, it just takes getting used to.

You know it!! I got me some MMMMMMMMMMMMalabrigo today and I'm dying to find the right pattern for my babies. What ever it is, it's going to be for me, I've never made anything for myself and I think I deserve the MMMMMMMMMMMalabrigo.
