Loving Knitting!

I started knitting at christmas with a scarf set that my Mum gave me. I found it so fun that I decided to buy a dog coat kit for my Mum's cold prone terrier. It turned out pretty well apart from the fact that the button holes look weird and the dogs ripped it apart! :doh: Ah well! :teehee: Then I looked around on the internet for a help site and found this wonderful place and I've learnt loads of things and I'm getting totally addicted to knitting! So then I used Silver's Sock Tutorial to knit some socks (http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b12/terujoan777300/Pictures/KnittedStuff010.jpg) for my Grandma.
And after that I knitted some gloves (http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b12/terujoan777300/Pictures/KnittedStuff010.jpg) with some leftover acrylic I was given, in fact most of my wool is acrylic! :teehee: Don't really know what to do with it! :??

So in closing, thanks Knitting Help for getting me totally hooked! :rofl:

Wow! You just started knitting at Christmas, and you've already done socks AND gloves?!?! :cheering: :notworthy: That's fabulous! The socks look great. I couldn't see the gloves either, just another picture of the socks.

Yes, so, so addicting! :teehee: I used to draw all day now I knit all day! :doh:
I'm currently in the middle of making some more fingerless gloves but I've obviously made a mistake as the pinkie has somehow ended up by the thumb... :?? Glove Pattern (http://www.dimbleby.net/knitting/mypatt/gloves1/gloves1.html)
