Hi everyone! I was thinking, as my first "sweater" and next project, I would knit Tempting II (http://www.knitty.com/issuewinter05/PATTtemptingII.html) from Knitty. There is also Tempting I (http://knitty.com/ISSUEwinter04/PATTtempting.html), which is the first version and has a smaller rib. Anyone else want to join in and make a fabulous sweater for spring with me?  :happydance:

Really cute sweaters! I love Tempting I.

I'm not ready to do sweaters yet, but I'm sure someone will join you!!

It's been on my list to do tempting 1 for so long now... and I just have so many things going. Maybe I should cast on for it, and at least it will be OTN then, and will occasionally get worked on

Don't know how much work it'll see though... yet.

Ooooo, I'd love to join once I finish my Green Gables sweater. I'd have to swim through my stash for yarn, 'cause I can't buy any until after Easter (really hard to do), but I'd love to join. When were you planning on starting?

Yay! You joined!:cheering: I'm planning on starting as soon as I finish my second sock and buy yarn, so probably Wed. or Thurs.? Sometime next week.

I would love to join! I would have to go out and buy the yarn, but it sounds like fun. I've had my eye on Tempting II for a while now

Ready when you are ^_^

:cheering: I have to go out and buy the yarn too. But first I'm aiming to finish my sock. Speed knit, Sarah, speed knit! :teehee: I'm pretty much ready when everyone has their supplies and is ready to start. Maybe we should aim for this weekend? Is that too soon? Let me know!

I have made this sweater and it is really cute! Have fun with it - I found it works up pretty fast in spite of the ribbing.

I got my yarn! :cheering: I'll post pics when I can, but it's this beautiful periwinkle color. It's blue, but has a hint of purple. Let me know when everyone else is getting yarn!

Okay, I am in. I have some Jo-Ann's coupons I will be using tonight and this Friday so I will be getting yarn to work on this. This will be my first knitted sweater and the description said this would be good for a beginner. So being the adventurous sort that I am, I am joining your KAL. Also, I saw Jenna Adorno on a repeat episode of Knitty Gritty and thought her designs were cute and practical and I was impressed. So I look forward to working on this. Thanks for posting the invite and I look forward to see our results.

I bought yarn yesterday. It is a pretty mint green for the spring/summer. Can't wait to get started.

Great! Gald you got yarn. I still have yet to post my yarn because I can't find my USB cable. I started on Sat., and have a few inches done, though I am also trying to finish my sock as well. Good luck! :cheering: :X:
