Ugh. Left the book at home and wanted to order yarn today. All I can remember is that I should be use a yarn that will provide a drapey effect... and I think DK. Anyone have the book handy to check the yarn requirements for me?

ok, here we go;
YARN:
8 (8, 8, 9, 9) balls (90 yards each) of Crystal Palace Shimmer acrylic/nylon blend yarn for short version.
9 (9, 10, 10, 10) balls for long version
Or substitute a similar yarn with a heavy, drape-y feel to it. Light frothy yarns are not recommended.
Needles:
size US9 (5mm) circs
size US11 (8mm) circs
Gauge:
20 sts and 28 rows = 4" in St st
20 sts and 33 rows = 4" in stitch pattern
**Gauge is intentionally tight. Recommended gauge on ball band is 14 st and 16 rows = 4" (10cm) on US 10-11 (6-8mm) needles.
