View Full Version : Jack Cell Case

Here's another cell case I recently finished. Haven't had much time to do anything else lately, after posting my cell case on a friend's forum (which has nothing to do with knitting...lol) I've had a TON of requests from people wanting cases of their own!
This one is Jack from A Nightmare Before Christmas, and, after being unsuccessful in finding a chart (at least one I liked) for Jack, I ended up having to draw the chart for this myself!
Here's Jack! :p

My 16-year-old son is sitting beside me on his computer. He saw this and said, "That's sweet!" My kids LOVE Jack. You did a great job. :cheering:

Thank you guys! If anyone is interested in the chart, let me know and I'll make a copy of it on my computer and put it up here!

I would love the chart! I've never done a chart before, or worked with 2 colors in the same row, so this would be a perfect (and small) project to get some practice in on :)

I wouldn't mind having the pattern/chart. If I could make it a tad bigger, I could make my son an iPod video holder. He would be so happy!

Sure thing, I'll get it done this evening!
I too had never done charts, but I was very recently kind of forced into having to draw them...lol...A friend of mine wanted a cell case with a wolf picture he drew. I'm horrible at drawing and thought, man, there's no way I'm going to be able to do this...Well, I posted here in regards to a wolf chart and someone directed me to the Knit Pro site...I was able to upload the pic, but the dimensions were too big (even on the smallest grid...lol) so I printed it, and drew up my own chart based on the one I printed...Since then, I've just printed out pics of things people want used as charts and make a chart accordingly! I've noticed it's not as difficult filling in blocks to form a pic as it is to actually draw one! hahaha
