View Full Version : My A+ Bag (booga bag)

I call this my A+ bag because it was made with the yarn my darling boyfriend bought me because I got TWO A's last term!! The yarn is Noro #195 3 skeins. I love this yarn. It is scratchy, but felts so nicely.

I'm searching my local craft stores for the perfect button to sew on it. I LOVE THIS BAG! I've gotten so many compliments on it. My best friend is insisting that I knit her one too!

Without further ado, here it is:

Thank you for the compliments, ladies!! This bag was a lot of fun to make. I will be doing another one soon, but I've got to write this paper first! :pout: :pout:

And yes, my boy is awesome. He puts up with so much from me and never bats an eye.

Looks great!

You might try MAKING a button... go to Michaels and get that FIMO clay and you can make and bake a one-of-a-kind custom button. Also, try looking in the clearance bins at Claire's (or other costume jewlery place)... you can make a button out of a big ole earing, and it might only cost 50 cents!
