KP Swish Superwash - Big Girl Knits Wrap

I'm thinking of knitting a wrap in this, but am worried that it may be too hot. I live in California, and our winters are very mild - usually no colder than the low 40s during the day.

Would any of you recommend knitting a wrap in this yarn? Or using another comparable choice? My yarn budget is $5-6 max per skein.

Hi. I don't know the yarn but I thought I'd offer this great site that Shandeh offered on another forum topic here. There is a plus size blog so it may be worth asking. For your climate and so on I'd tend to go for a cotton blend but the Superwash being 100% wool may be ok if knitted in an open weave sort of manner. Still you have a budget limit so it others from the US here can suggest a wool/cotton blend affordable to you that may be wonderful.
