I have plantar facsitis (however you spell it) and I always see this informercial and I just saw that QVC (I'm an addict :teehee: ) is now carrying them.

So I was wondering if anyone has ever used these and had success or am I better off going back to my shoe specialist and spending $100 on his orthotics. Which only help for a short while anyway. :wall:

Have you tried working with a PT to get some stretching exercises or other strategies to deal with your plantar fascitis? Not sure about the brand of orthotics you are talking about, but typically for plantar fascitis you just need good arch support and maybe a little heel lift so you don't really need to spend a ton of money. I've never actually seen custom foot orthotics for less than $350 so not sure what you would be getting for $100. Do you know what is triggering the plantar fascitis?

No to the PT question, my doctor gave me some stretches for my achilles tendon, but my feet still hurt after only a little while walking. When I walk my tendon stretches to the point of severe pain because its apparently quite a tight little bugger.
