This is the first part of the pattern.

First of all you have to buy a bag or you have to take your old bag. You have to measure it. Then you knit a rectangle the size of which depends of the measurements you have taken.

Second part. Connect the side edges. Stitch the bottom angles. Put the sack on the bag. Bend the top edges over the bag.

To be continued.

Thanks Leyla, just one other thing though... how much did you increase and decrease between each knit and purl section to get that lovely scolloped look? I'm assuming it was every second or third stitch that you increased, then decreased again, or maybe i'm completely wrong and you just used smaller needles for the purl sections.

Any clarification would be great, you rock by the way :teehee:

Leyla

five_six I used the same needles for both sections. I had 55 stitches in purl section and 110 stitches in knit section. You are absolutely right - I increased and decreased every second stitch.

Well, here is the flower pattern. Knit it on 4 needles (like socks). Begin from the back side.
