Fair Isle help.

Ok I have been searching and searching and can't find it now. Someone had posted a link in a thread about how to avoid the uneven end of a Fair Isle row. I included a pic of what I want to avoid (sorry so blurry). If someone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. TIA
