What's the pattern repeat?

I'm going to make this (http://cache.lionbrand.com/patterns/60500.html?noImages=) wrap, but I'm going to use slightly thicker yarn and larger needles, so what I'm basically going to be doing is adjusting how many stitches I need to cast on and how many row repeats I need to do. In order to do that, I need to know how many stitches this pattern spans over to be able to cast on the right number of stitches.

I thought it was 15 with a two stitch garter stitch border on each side, but that doesn't work out mathematically. Any help?

I think the pattern repeat is 14 + 5.
