Reduce Reuse Recycle Bag!

Last month I was perusing magknits and I found the pattern for the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle bag (http://magknits.com/May07/patterns/rrr.htm)! It looked very attractive to me as my closet is overflowing with plastic bags (where do they all come from? They multiply like Tribbles!).

So for the past month or so whenever I have gotten tense or stressed I've gotten my scissors and snipped up plastic bags. I now have them all cut into strips and started knitting last night. It's awesome! I may never knit with yarn again!

You all should try this; I haven't gotten this excited about a project in a while!

It's cool, but looks a little saggy..has anyone actually used one of these bags? There are many patterns.

I crocheted a few pretty much using this pattern: http://www.marloscrochetcorner.com/Plastic%20Bag%20tote.html.

It was fun. I mostly use the biggest one I made as a beach bag. It's fine as long as I don't over-stuff it w/anything heavy - I worry about the handles stretching. I have 2 smaller but still fairly good sized that I use as kniting project bags when traveling.
