kNITTED easy easy fELTED ADULT MARY JANES

Help I need an easy pattern for mary janes to felt. I have found crochet patterns, blut I don't know how to convert from crochet to knit patterns, also how to you increase the regular patterns to make them big enough to felt.

BTW..converting crochet to knit can be almost impossible. Better to find a knit pattern that suits you.
