Okay everybody, here is the finished Brea Bag. :woot: :woohoo: I finished sewing it up over the weekend, but I had to get a little help with the the fastener and find a nice button. As I was finishing it, I realized that the handle is a little off - it just doesn't hang quite right and it twists the flaps that hold it on. But, oh well. I think once I put a few things in it it'll be ok. Now, if only I knew how to line it....

Oh my, that is one beautiful bag! Was it difficult? Are you going to line it?

What did you use for the strap? I love this bag but made a braid for mine that of course stretched and is now too long. I really like the color of yours, nice job!! I am going to ask a friend who sews to line mine!!

I love the bag! I think lining bags is the hardest part but it really gives a finished look. Good luck with it.

In your avatar, what kind of doggies are those? They look a little like my Kate!

Aww, they're so sweet. What happened to the little one's leg?? Anyway, the smaller one is part husky, which is what your Kate looks like, and the other one is part Lab, part german Shepherd. They're great dogs - sweet and goofy. lol. :D
