I am so happy I finished them. (I'm wearing them right now and they are so nice and toasty.) I've already got another pair in the needles, These are going to make great Christmas presents.

Your socks look warm and cozy!! Well done , I learned how to knit socks in Jan.. thanks to a Christmas gift from my daughter... I now have pair # 18 on needles.. I am so hooked on knitting socks. I am going to a whole day work shop with Lucy Neatby author of Cool Socks Warm Feet. I love Blue Moon's Socks that Rock and Lorna's Laces best.

Wow, those are really nice! I love the yarn you chose. You really did a great job :woohoo:and have inspired me to get some on my needles. I'm a little nervous about the DPN's...

Eh, Dp aren't bad I fiddled with them for a bit, and my Hubby laughs at all the needles in my hands when I work with them. After the first sock I got in a groove and flew! :knitting: I didn't heed the warning about socks being addictive, LOL! But it's a good thing because I just quit smoking knitting has been helping beat the cravings by keeping my hands busy! :woot:

I e-mailed pics to my Sisters and my Mom, Mom-in-law too! They loved it, witch is good because they are getting some for Christmas. (except for my Sis that lives in Alabama, not much use for wool socks there!)

Great Job!! I hope my first pair turns out as well!

You may have to do some ripping but I'm sure they will turn out great. I had to rip out the heel a couple times before I finally gave up and watched the video here about how to turn the heel. It helped sooooooooo much. Good luck with your socks!
