Ballet slipper pattern needed

I think I'm doing this all wrong but I'm trying I knit and crochet much
better- I'm looking for a knit pattern for ballet booties for my
upcoming first grandchild. Help.

There is a pattern for some here (http://knitty.com/ISSUEwinter06/PATTtwinkletoes.html) on Knitty but they are not
baby sized. Maybe they will give you an idea on how to make
some and you can come up with your own pattern!
