anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

I can't find one. I don't have many LYS (the one I have is VERY pricy) and want to make myself some socks (Made DH a lovely boot sock out of worsted)

Thanks!

Here's a few:

Super Simple Knitwit Sock (http://www.royea.net/sock.html).

Cable Sock Pattern (http://www.knitlist.com/97gift/cablesock.htm).

Handspun Worsted Weight Socks (http://www.thekingspottery.com/boogiepattern_sockshandspun.htm).

Another Joan's Sock (http://www.woolworks.org/patterns/anothersox.txt).

Jill's Short Row Toe Socks (http://www.woolworks.org/patterns/shortrowsox.txt).

This (http://www.socknitters.com/sockpatterns/alpha.htm) site has lots of sock patterns listed by yarn weight.

Try looking at www.knittingpatterncentral.com, or at Lion Brand's website. Both have loads of free patterns, for everything you can imagine.

Here's (http://www.hjsstudio.com/sock.html) a good article and generic sock pattern with information on different yarns and gauges.

This one is more of a slipper sock, I think...but someone reading this thread might like to make them as Christmas gifts !

Lion Brnd has a bunch of socks using Wool-Ease - I think that's a worsted weight yarn.
