View Full Version : Creating a clickable Image link

I would like to know how to turn an image into a clickable link I am not sure if I am phrasing that right. But in my sidebar on my blog instead of word links I would like to use images to represent these links. Please remember any instructions you give should be written in complete novice as I am one for example if you could give a demo that I could follow that would be very nice. Thank you

Hm, I'm waiting too. I have no idea. But I see you have a Ravelry link picture.

Did you try googling this question?
Here's the coding that I found:
<a href="http://www.quackit.com/travel/new_zealand/milford_sound" target="_blank"> <img src="http://www.quackit.com/pix/milford_sound/milford_sound_t.jpg" width="225" height="151" alt="Milford Sound in New Zealand" /> </a>
You would insert your own filename and link in place of what's above.
Here's (http://www.quackit.com/html/codes/html_image_link_code.cfm) the link to the site I found it on.
Here's (http://www.htmlgoodies.com/primers/html/article.php/3478181) another site that explains the code a little better.
