:inlove: just finished the ribbed baby jacket for my dd! I love it so much, i want to wear it!
The pattern can be found in the "special Knits" Debbie Bliss book, and for free from the Prima Website. (http://www.prima.co.uk/index.php/v1/Ribbed_baby_jacket)
I used a size 8 circular, and Worsted Wear yarn from Blue Moon Fiber Arts (I bought it at the stash sale they had late last year, and sadly, they no longer dye this particular yarn :pout: I love it!) The colorway is "turquoise". I think i might have enough to make her mittens too :) Gotta love giant skeins!
Here is a progress shot. I'll post an update after her nap, of the finished jacket (minus the buttons- the eye of mine is too big to fit through my buttons!)I also picked up and knitted 4 garter rows on the bottom of the jacket to counter-act the curling of the stockinette.
