Ok still working on this pattern

I need help at this step:
Continue in St st, increasing 1 st at each end every other row 3 (0, 0, 0, 0) times, every 4th row 4 (7, 7, 8, 8) times - 41 (43, 43, 45, 47) sts.

What kind of increase should i use and should i increase while pearling or knitting?

I'd do a lifted inc or M1R/L (consistent with the angle of the sleeve). I'd work them 1-2 sts in from the edge so they're not part of your seam and, thus, you want them somewhat obscure. Kfb creates a bar and avoid ones that cause a hole.

All your inc will be on the RS (K) and spaced according to whatever sz you're making. For ex:
