WIP: the Burning Cool Sweater

So here's what's gracing my needles at the moment:

I wanted to incorporate the flame pattern into new things and so designed this children’s sweater. I love how it’s coming along. I made it out of leftover yarn I was given and I didn’t have quite enough to finish the neck lining but as soon as I buy that last bit of yarn I need I’m finishing it! I can’t wait to see how it’ll turn out when completed.

My yarn shop was waiting for a delivery with the yarn I needed (they had every other color, isn't that typical?) so I haven't been able to finish it yet. But my fingers are literally itching!
I've never written down a pattern but tried to keep notes for this one because something tells me I'm going to want to make it again. I'll see what I can do about putting it into readable knit-language and post it when it's finished. :)
