View Full Version : FOs: baby sweater, doily, hats, scarf, leg warmers

I haven't posted any FOs in a long time here, so thought I would post some of the ones I've finished in the last few months.
First is a sweater and socks for our friend's new baby. The pattern is Devan from Knitty, and the socks are just plain toe up socks with afterthought heel.

Next is a doily I crocheted as a surprise for someone who shall for now remain nameless.

On to the scarf and hat I made for myself to keep me warm the last part of this winter.

This is the hat I made myself before the ear flap hat that just didn't quite keep me warm enough. The pattern is Fake Isle from Knitty.

And finally, the legwarmers I made for my two youngest girls to keep their legs warm this winter at school. I just made these up as I went

Everything looks amazing and all such pretty colours. I just love the baby sweater and socks. What a great gift.

You have been really busy! All the items look wonderful, and I agree with everyone that the sweater and socks for the baby are wonderful.

Everything looks great! You've been a busy bee :) I think that the little sweater is exceptionally adorable.

Very nice work! The little sweater and socks are so masculine and well executed. The doily is beautiful. The hat with ear flaps is a beautiful color and should do the trick to keep the ears warm in Michigan. The self striping yarn on the leg warmers turned out with nice designs.

Everything looks *beautiful*!! And did you say you're still having WINTER? It's 82 degrees here!! Ugh. Hot already (truthfully, that's not hot for us. Sigh.)

I wish I could wear cozy sweaters, hats and such more!

Well, not really winter anymore, but it is only 45 here today. We did have a few days of 60's, but they were short lived lol. Cloudy and windy here also today, and we really should have gotten the hats and gloves out!

That is the most gorgeous sweater and booties and i usually don't even like looking at baby clothes!
